I combine my knowledge of deep self care, non violent communication and practical actions to help you get unstuck and shining your light once again. This is a 1:1 weekly virtual offering.

Life coaching is a process in which a trained professional helps individuals to identify their purpose and their why, repattern limiting beliefs, open up new possibilities in their perspectives so they can make positive changes one step at a time in their lives. Our weekly meetings provide compassionate accountability for you so you can be the best version of yourself. Lisa believes that her clients are the highest authority of their lives and empowers them to identify actions in alignment with THEIR values. As a life coach, Lisa helps people take action because good intentions don't create change!
In a life coaching session with Lisa, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and action steps for overcoming obstacles and creating positive change in your life. Some of your session is learning new perspectives and frameworks, some is being witnessed with what is and it often concludes with ideas to apply insights to your life. Lisa provides guidance, support, and compassionate accountability to help you live a life you love even more. She meets people where they are at so the way I work with each client differs based on what they want and are open to. Her intention is to combine the art and science of transformation to help her clients step into a more powerful confident version of themselves.
Lisa works with clients who are committed to personal growth, curious, open minded and know they need a mentor to compassionately point out their blind spots. Some of her clients are seeking career changes, some want to find and love themselves again, some want to make a bigger impact in the world, some want to start a new holistic business, while others are longing to deepen their relationships and leave a positive legacy for their children.
Lisa's highest values are freedom and compassion. The first thing she supports her clients with is creating a compelling, detailed life vision which serves as a compass to focus their energy and efforts toward. We keep referring to that vision and updating it as her clients take one step at a time. She believes that we ALL have the capacity to lead a fulfilling meaningful life and the answers are inside of us when we open to receiving the wisdom within. Lisa has logged many hours of study of mindset strategies, neuroscience, habit formation, non violent communication, universal spiritual principles and motivation over the past two decades. She also believes that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may hold you back from achieving your goals. Lisa brings a compassionate and non-judgmental presence to each of her clients.
The length of a life coaching program depends on the size of the gap from where they are at to where they want to go and what is holding them back. Lisa's clients experience transformation in a minimum of 12 weeks when they listen, process and apply new perspectives and shift their beliefs. Results may vary. Small changes can happen overnight but big changes take time.
Someone who:
- wants to continue with the same mindset and makes minor tweaks yet expect major change
-wants to be told what to do and not take an active role in transformation
-isn't honest with themselves
-has unresolved trauma that is noticeably causing pain
-is changing for someone else
-thinks that life happens to them and feels helpless
-isn't ready to do or think something different
